Complaints Policy

The school is PROUD of the positive relationships we have with parents / carers and with wider community as partners in the education and wellbeing of their children.

In order to foster and develop positive relationships and opportunities to discuss any areas of concern the school has a range of strategies in place including each child havbing a Key Worker who liaises with the family on a regular basis.

We hope that parents / carers feel able to talk to us about things that they are concerned about and we will always do our upmost to respond and to support.  If you have not felt fully satisfied with the school's response to your complaint then please find attached a copy of our complaints policy
